Terms of Sale for Mail Order Orchids
- All items are subject to supply and availability.
- Orchids are shipped weather-permitting. If requested we will ship to
a cold destination, but at your risk. We may also hold a prepaid order for a more ideal ship time.
- Some orchids (like Phalaeonopsis) will be shipped bare-root to minimize risk
of damage.
- Orders totalling over $250 (exclusive of shipping and taxes), shipped
to one location, qualify for a 20% discount.
- Florida residents add 6.5% sales tax.

FedEx 2nd Day: $30.00
- We only ship within the United States. We do not ship to California or Arizona.
- By their nature, each hybrid orchid is different. Therefore catalog pictures
are for reference only and do NOT exactly represent hybrid blooms.
- Payment is accepted in the form of credit cards, money orders, or checks.
Orders by personal check may be delayed until the check clears.
